As husband and wife, we have been business partners for over 17 years through actively managing our personal investment properties together as friendly and reliable landlords. We understand how to properly take care of multiple homes and appreciate how important it is to be extremely vigilant about the details. Throughout the years of personally managing our investment properties, we have seen and learned A LOT! We have gained valuable experience working with various trades when unforeseen problems have arisen. We also have updated and remodeled our own investment properties. Through managing these remodeling projects we have gained tremendous insight and knowledge of all aspects of property management.

Additionally, we have over 10 years of experience maintaining our personal vacation home that was located in another state.  We have first-hand experience that comes with managing financial investments from a distance and we appreciate that time spent at vacation homes is precious and shouldn't be consumed with property maintenance issues.
